1992

First released in 1994 – 5 after Chronic Maturation.  It was made from Red Mataro grapes with an alcohol volume of 14%.  Aroma and taste of Port.  Distributed under the label Daphne (from the Greek word, meaning Muvrodafny).                                 

1997 Vintage red wine. 

Made from a blend of Mataro and Red Muscatel grapes labelled Drymask.  Well liked.

 2000 Shiraz

Bronze award in the Shiraz Wine of the Year Victorian Wine Show, Seymour, September, 2000.
